This is a custom instrument that doesn't quite fit the mold of any of my archtops. It's a non-cutaway, carved top (German spruce), flat back (Brazilian Rosewood), 16 1/4" guitar. Sides are 3 3/8" at the neck, and 3 3/4" at the tail. The scale length is 25" with a 1.79" nut width. The fingerboard is 2.19" at the body and the string spacing at the bridge is 2.19". The neck profile is a C shape, with a dimension of .84" at the 1st fret, and .92" at the 10th. Fingerboard radius is 12". This guitar's neck joins the body between the 12th and 13th frets. All specs were requests by the original purchaser, who was the only owner. It is in excellent condition, showing little or no wear on the frets. The finish is in near perfect condition.
The striking feature of this guitar is its abalone vine inlay which adorns the peghead, fingerboard, pickguard, and tailpiece.
It is fitted with a Kent Armstrong pickup, with a volume control of the ebony pickguard.
It has a big warm sound, with good projection for a flat back archtop. The Brazilian flat back gives the guitar a bigger, warmer bass.

Another unique feature is the peghead; it is slotted.
It has a custom fitted Calton case.
This guitar is truly one of a kind.
